This September, the world's travel industry gathered in Dubai for Arabian Travel Market, the region's biggest annual travel trade show, marking its 33rd edition at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Amid the event, JETOUR Auto backed an industry event held in the city by a major international travel media outlet, placing the carmaker at the center of discussions typically dominated by airlines, hotels and destinations.
Close to 200 attendees from across the globe took part, among them tourism officials, travel executives and prominent travel influencers. The conversation focused on shifting travel patterns in the region, and the increasing part vehicles play in helping people reach their destinations and connect with local culture once they arrive.
"A car should do more than take you from A to B. It should expand the possibilities of every journey," said a representative from JETOUR International at the event.
Rather than a single occasion, the gathering marks the beginning of an ongoing effort. JETOUR intends to keep collaborating with major travel media outlets on joint content and extended initiatives, with the goal of shaping products, experiences and narratives centered on travelers' real needs while on the road.
Guests also had the chance to get a close look at JETOUR's All-terrain Premium Hybrid Off-road SUV, the G700, which was on display at the event.
Bringing Travel⁺ to Life in the Middle East
Dubai has repeatedly served as the backdrop for the G700's key milestones, a deliberate choice: the city's blend of global travel, business and culture makes it a natural home for a vehicle designed for adventure. JETOUR marked the G700's international debut by lighting up the Burj Khalifa in September 2025, and followed that two months later with the vehicle's worldwide launch in the same city.
The following December, JETOUR held its Global Fan Festival alongside the Liwa International Festival in Abu Dhabi, one of the region's most unique cultural events and a cornerstone of Emirati desert and off-road heritage. Fans and owners traveled from across regional markets to join product co-creation sessions, view customized G700 and T-Series vehicles, and enjoy live music, spending a weekend in the desert alongside others who share their approach to using their vehicles. For JETOUR, the experience also meant joining a long-standing tradition it didn't create, engaging on terms established by those who did.
Growing Travel⁺ Into New Territory
The Travel⁺ concept has also expanded beyond the travel sector itself. In September 2026, JETOUR was announced as the Global Car Supplier for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027, set to take place in Qatar — the tournament's first time being hosted in the region. This builds on a strategy already in motion through the brand's football sponsorships spanning the Middle East, Latin America and Africa: sporting events bring people together across borders, and transportation is where JETOUR's expertise lies.
As of the end of August 2026, JETOUR had established a presence in more than 100 countries and regions, with worldwide sales surpassing 2.5 million vehicles. As the brand continues its global expansion, it plans to keep developing products, experiences and partnerships tailored to travelers' needs in every market it enters.
