With an area covering 40,000 square feet, this new Dongfeng Service Centre embodies the company's vision for growth and its customer-centric philosophy. This is, in part, possible due to the integrated 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) model, which plays a big role in boosting operational efficiency of the facility. This large facility comes with 17 work bays, capable of handling up to 85 vehicles daily.
Due to its strategic ties with Dongfeng’s UAE-based parts logistics network, emergency deliveries of parts can be executed within 48 hours. Moreover, the instant availability of critical spares is ensured owing to the on-site presence of the Central Parts Department. With this new facility, MAHY Khoory Automotive has focused on incorporating cutting-edge diagnostic tools, HHT machines, and manufacturer-recommended equipment. This not only leads to optimum efficiency and parts utilization, but also improves the overall ownership experience of the vehicles serviced here.
MAHY Khoory Automotive’s attention to detail does not end there. This new Dongfeng Service Centre employs certified technicians and customer service specialists, who take pride in their work ethics and professionalism. When it comes to the cars that Dongfeng sells in the UAE, there exists four main models. The two sedans in the series include the Dongfeng Shine and Dongfeng Shine Max – both of which are available with turbo-petrol engines and DCT transmissions. Then there are the two crossover SUVs – the Dongfeng AX7 and Dongfeng Mage. These are also powered by turbocharged petrol engines and utilize a 7-speed DCT gearbox.
