Launching Lucid Studio in the Middle East

Lucid Studio KSA

Lucid Motors, which has set new standards for the longest range and fastest electric vehicles on the market, announced the opening of its first studio in the Middle East, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This luxurious shopping area invites customers to experience the brand and its products in the heart of the Palm Riyadh area.

The Lucid Studio Experience

Featuring a live model for users, each studio provides a high-quality, digitally designed experience tailored to meet the needs of every customer, whether visiting in person, online, or through a combination of both.

Leadership Statements

Peter Rawlinson, CEO of Lucid Motors, stated: “The launch of our first studio in the Middle East represents another step towards Lucid's mission to inspire global adoption of sustainable energy, and I am thrilled to see this new studio open here in Saudi Arabia.” “Saudi Arabia recognizes the seismic shift towards the electrification of vehicles and looks to the future to secure a better world for generations to come with Vision 2030.”

A Unique Customer Experience

The Lucid Studio in Riyadh will allow customers to fully engage with the brand and gather information about its products in a setting that highlights the company's distinctive design aesthetics and premium specifications.

Expansion in the Kingdom

Last year, Lucid announced plans to establish a large-scale manufacturing facility in King Abdullah Economic City. The company plans to begin collaborating with King Abdullah Economic City to assemble the first Lucid Air vehicle at the AMP-1 facility in Casa Grande, Arizona, eventually leading to the production of the full vehicle.

Agreements with the Government

In April 2022, Lucid announced an agreement with the Government of Saudi Arabia, under which the government will purchase up to 100,000 vehicles over ten years, with an initial commitment to buy 50,000 vehicles and an option to acquire an additional 50,000 vehicles during the same period.
