MG Motor Expands into Morocco with Jameel Motors

Introduction

MG Motor has entered Morocco as part of its commitment to expanding into the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. The British brand will launch in Morocco in March this year, with Jameel Motors as the official distributor. Morocco becomes the brand's 10th regional market.

Partnership with Jameel Motors

Jameel Motors is already an established name in the Moroccan market, and MG aims to leverage its reputation and brand value in collaboration with this privately owned business. Jameel Motors has received awards for its automotive operations across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Vehicle Offerings

MG will offer its leading all-electric and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models, including:

• MG ZS EV
• MG 4 Full Electric
• MG HS PHEV

The first MG showroom will open in Casablanca. In addition to the aforementioned electric models, combustion engine variants such as the MG ZS, MG HS SUVs, and MG 5 and MG 3 sedans will also be available.
