The program aims to provide a completely new experience for customers, from purchasing a new vehicle to servicing existing models.

A sales representative will contact the customer to discuss the details of the model and gather information about the preferred time and location for the test drive.

Receiving the Vehicle

The sales representative will deliver the selected vehicle, which has been thoroughly sanitized, to the customer's location and provide a detailed presentation while adhering to strict social distancing and hygiene standards. If the customer is satisfied with the presentation, a detailed message with financing options will be sent before the vehicle is registered and handed over to its new owner.

Peugeot Valet Maintenance Service

For customers located in Dubai and the northern Emirates, the Peugeot Valet Service concept is also applicable. In this context, the vehicle will be simply picked up from the customer, followed by a service consultant contacting them to discuss the required maintenance time, repairs, and associated costs. Once the service is complete, the vehicle will be returned to its owner after being fully sanitized.
