Renault Talisman Review
Introduction
The Renault Talisman is not a newcomer to the French manufacturer's lineup. First unveiled at the Château de Chantilly last year, it serves as the successor to the Renault Laguna—a model that, for some reason, did not gain much attention in the Middle East.
Driving Experience
Recently, I traveled to Paris with the Renault Middle East team and several journalists from around the world to test drive Renault's new gem. While the Talisman may not steal the show, it certainly deserves recognition.

The Talisman is a collaborative effort between Nissan and Renault, making it the second car in Renault's production line to utilize standard modular platforms. Positioned in the "D" segment, the Talisman is expected to compete against models such as:
Design Features
The Talisman boasts prominent lines across its body and touches of chrome, giving it an Audi-like appearance. The rear lights are integrated with the trunk, a design choice that not only enhances the car's rear aesthetics but also distinctly highlights the Renault branding.
Performance
Under the hood, the Talisman is expected to feature a 1.6-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, generating between 150 to 200 horsepower. This is all we know for now; stay tuned for more updates in our next meeting.
