2025 Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II: The Pinnacle of Luxury Sedans

Rolls Royce Ghost Series II

In the world of ultra-luxury automobiles, Rolls-Royce is synonymous with unmatched elegance, peerless craftsmanship, and personalized experiences. With subtle yet impactful updates, the Ghost continues to set the benchmark for luxury sedans in 2025, meeting the increasing demand for even more exclusive customization.

Exterior: Lots of Colors

The exterior of the Ghost Series II introduces new visual elements to enhance its stately presence. At the front, slimmer LED headlights with revised daytime running light graphics are the most noticeable change.

The rest of the fascia has been cleaned up, too, allowing the Pantheon grille to take center stage, a hallmark of Rolls-Royce design. With fewer vents and a simpler, more cohesive look, the front end exudes an even more commanding presence on the road.

At the rear, new tail lights inspired by Rolls-Royce’s electric Spectre bring a modern touch to the rear profile. Buyers can also choose between two new 22-inch wheel designs, while the bespoke color palette expands to include over 44,000 options, including the newly introduced Mustique Blue—a metallic shade that pays tribute to the 1929 Phantom II Continental prototype.

The British marquee has provided its “rebellious group of clients with a dramatic canvas for their bold Bespoke commissions.” Every Ghost will be as bespoke as it gets.

Performance: Effortless Power from the Iconic V12

Beneath the Ghost Series II’s elongated hood lies Rolls-Royce’s tried-and-tested 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine, which remains unchanged, producing 563 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque.

Those seeking more spirited driving can opt for the Black Badge Ghost Series II, where the V12 is tuned to deliver 591 horsepower and an extra 37 lb-ft of torque, offering a bit more edge.

Suspension and Technology: Comfort is Key

Rolls-Royce’s Planar Suspension System, coupled with self-leveling air struts, ensures that the Ghost Series II remains one of the smoothest rides on the market. The advanced Flagbearer System uses cameras to scan the road ahead and adjusts the suspension in real-time to handle any road imperfections with grace.

Additionally, the Satellite Aided Transmission uses GPS data to select the appropriate gear in advance, ensuring flawless driving dynamics even on curvy roads. This is some next-level luxury witchcraft happening here.

Interior: Unmatched Craftsmanship

Step inside the Ghost Series II, and you’ll be greeted by an interior that remains as opulent as ever but with a few notable updates.

There’s a new Spirit operating system, also found in the Spectre. The Whispers app from Rolls-Royce is also on offer, which allows remote functionality through a connected smartphone. Spirit. Whispers. Rolls-Royce has some naming department.

The Illuminated Fascia on the dashboard now mimics the look of a celestial time-lapse photograph, further enhancing the car’s bespoke allure.

Rolls-Royce has introduced Grey Stained Ash, a sophisticated wood material, and Duality Twill, a unique fabric crafted from bamboo for the seats. The creation of Duality Twill was a year-long process, and it takes approximately 20 hours to make. The material incorporates over 11 miles of thread, amounting to 2.2 million stitches.

For rear-seat passengers, the Ghost Extended Series II offers 170mm of additional legroom, ensuring even greater comfort. Options such as a Champagne cooler that maintains different temperatures for vintage and non-vintage Champagne add to the opulence.

Rear passengers enjoy new connectivity features, with the ability to stream multiple devices to the rear screens and connect via Bluetooth headphones. The car also comes with an upgraded 18-speaker, 1,400-watt audio system.

The Black Badge Edition: A Darker, More Dramatic Side

The Black Badge Ghost Series II is aimed at those who crave a more rebellious take on luxury. With black chrome accents, forged 22-inch wheels, and an overall darker aesthetic, the Black Badge model offers a more aggressive stance.

Inside, the use of carbon fiber and darker materials gives the car a sportier, more menacing feel, without compromising on the opulence that defines the Ghost lineup.
