Arrivederci, pronounced ar·ri·ve·der·ci, is Italian for “till we meet again.” So it is quite fitting for the very last Pagani Zonda to be named Arrivederci.
Now, you might say that the Zonda has been off the scene for quite a while and you’d be right. The Huayra was the Zonda’s successor and since then we’ve had a ‘few’ last versions of the Zonda wherein we thought the supercar had completely bowed out. However, that’s not the case, but the Arrivederci hasn’t exactly been unveiled by Pagani themselves.
Unveiling the Final Zonda: A Supercar Collector's Secret Gem
The Zonda Arrivederci is chassis no. 140 and was presented at Pebble Beach. The car was delivered to American businessman and car collector Kris Singh last year. Ever since he kept the car secretly and took it to the next level with help from the Scottish company Modena Design UK.
The Pagani Zonda Arrivederci stands as a spectacular send-off to the iconic Zonda lineage. Rumored to be powered by the same 7.3-liter AMG V12 found in the Zonda Barchetta, the Arrivederci is expected to deliver a jaw-dropping 789 horsepower and 811 lb-ft of torque. Paired with a six-speed manual gearbox, this rear-wheel-drive masterpiece promises exhilarating performance, even though official data has yet to be disclosed. What is clear, however, is that the Arrivederci is engineered to be very fast—both in power and in spirit.
Designing the Legend: The Bespoke Features
Visually, the Arrivederci is a breathtaking amalgamation of Pagani’s greatest hits. The bespoke body, constructed from Alutex—a composite material used exclusively by Pagani for this car—features a stunning ultra-deep Blu Danubio livery, meticulously hand-painted to perfection. The design is a nod to the brand's illustrious past, with elements borrowed from various special Zondas.
The rear lights draw inspiration from the Zonda R, while the rear air ducts echo the Zonda C12. Flared arches and double canards are taken from the Zonda 760, and the front intakes and ducts are a homage to the Zonda Barchetta. All these components come together to create a machine that truly embodies the essence of the Zonda legacy.
The bespoke nature of the Arrivederci extends beyond its bodywork. The car sports a fully customized livery, featuring Martini-inspired colors replicated across the new rear wing endplates. This wing is a completely unique addition, crafted exclusively for this model.
Inside, the Arrivederci is equally impressive, boasting a luxurious red leather interior that takes cues from the owner’s other Pagani, the Huayra La Monza Lisa. Completing the interior are a bespoke luggage set and custom-designed wheels inspired by those on the Zonda S, further underscoring the car's unique status.
