When someone asks you, "What do you do?", a multitude of thoughts comes to mind, often leading to a response that centers around your job title. Many people tend to define themselves by their professions, such as teacher, doctor, coach, or lawyer. However, I personally have a different perspective on what I "do" because I believe that job titles do not define a person's identity. While they reflect our professional choices, they do not encompass all that we are.

Passion and Empathy

Through my work tasks, I can describe myself as a passionate individual who shows empathy towards clients. I understand that the marketing world speaks a unique language, one that I have mastered over years of experience in my daily work. But does this completely define my personality? The answer is a resounding no.

Resilience and Challenges

I view myself as a culmination of my efforts, ambitions, successes, failures, resilience, and ability to respond to challenges. Throughout my career, I have experienced many ups and downs and have managed to overcome dire circumstances that felt like the end of the world. However, such situations also grant you the ability to grow and explore your potential. I have faced significant challenges and lived through tough times, learning the importance of understanding the nature of life and its challenges. I've also devised ways to engage with and overcome these challenges, which defines who I am and what I do.

Happiness and Success

Every morning, I ask myself, "Am I happy?" Anyone can confidently claim this, especially when they wake up excited for their work and perform their tasks correctly, driven by the understanding of how crucial inner peace is to maintaining your best creative state at all times. This is the ideal mantra for success and happiness.

Personal Achievements

But what have I achieved with this mantra so far? I am a firm believer in advocating for personal causes. From conceptualizing and leading campaigns like the annual "Movember" event for men to working on launching annual breast cancer awareness initiatives, these efforts resonate with people. Designing and successfully executing such impactful campaigns falls under my achievements.

The Importance of Relationships

While we have accomplished a great deal as a team, my greatest achievement lies in my ability to meet my clients' needs. Our annual health initiatives led by our employees are also noteworthy, and I believe that my relationships are among the most important treasures I have gained throughout my time at Arabian Automobiles.

A Call to Women

My work in the automotive world has provided me, as a woman, with tremendous opportunities to define myself. On this year's International Women's Day, I encourage all women to craft their own self-definitions. It is time to recognize what we want to achieve, refine our skills accordingly, and face challenges together without fear of failure.

It is also vital for every woman to share her successes, as the world around her needs to know. Your story might inspire someone else's life.
