The self-service refueling option provided by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) represents a revolutionary change. Customers can refuel with the assistance of staff for a fee of 10 AED.
Flex System
The Flex system offers residents and visitors a refueling service without additional charges, although a fee of 10 AED applies for premium refueling assistance. Additionally, senior citizens and individuals with disabilities are exempt from this fee at all ADNOC stations across the UAE.

Obtaining an ADNOC Smart Card
Steps to Obtain the Card
- Create an account on the ADNOC Wallet website.
- Load your ADNOC Wallet account with an amount of 50 AED or more.
- Book an appointment online to receive the card and keep your request number until you arrive at the center.
- Bring your vehicle to the smart card issuance center, along with your Emirates ID, vehicle registration card, and the appointment request number you booked online.
