This initiative provides members with vehicle pick-up and drop-off services.
Program Services
The membership program has been developed to offer a wide range of services to ensure customer convenience. These services include:
- Vehicle pick-up and delivery.
- Vehicle registration renewal.
- 24/7 roadside assistance.
- Annual airport pick-up and drop-off service.
- Standard services provided by Arabian Automobiles service centers.

Membership Conditions
The membership is open to all customers of Nissan, Infiniti, and Renault as an added value to paid service contracts, subject to terms and conditions. Customers without service contracts can also benefit from the AWRGold membership separately for a nominal fee, and it can be renewed upon expiration of the current membership.
Other Initiatives
This program is one of many initiatives launched by the maintenance division of Arabian Automobiles, aimed at ensuring customers have a comfortable and distinguished experience throughout their ownership of any vehicle from Arabian Automobiles. Members will be able to have their vehicles delivered four times a year using a flatbed truck driven by a trained and professional driver from anywhere in Dubai and the northern Emirates to the nearest Arabian Automobiles service center for routine maintenance and general repairs.
Roadside Assistance Services
24/7 roadside assistance includes:
- Towing service.
- Battery jump start.
- Tire repair.
- Emergency fuel delivery.
The service scope includes vehicle registration renewal, pick-up, and delivery from the customer's location within the Emirates.
