Kafu, the leading and only on-demand car services company in the Middle East, has announced a new strategic partnership with Ford to reinvent the fuel refueling experience in the UAE using Ford's SYNC infotainment system. This collaboration will allow Ford and Lincoln vehicle owners to seamlessly order fuel directly through their car's infotainment systems, aligning with Kafu's vision to enhance customer convenience while on the go. This initiative marks the first of its kind in the UAE, providing innovative services for all residents and visitors.

The collaboration between Kafu and Ford aims to provide Ford and Lincoln owners with a comfortable, streamlined, and intelligent refueling experience, in line with Kafu's strategic plan to ensure the highest levels of comfort and flexibility across all its services.

New Services for Ford and Lincoln Customers
The new service will be available to Ford and Lincoln customers in the UAE who own vehicles from the 2017 model year onwards equipped with the SYNC infotainment system. This will allow customers to link their Kafu accounts via Bluetooth on their Android devices, enabling them to order fuel while maintaining focus on the road.
User-Friendly Experience
To enhance usability, Ford and Lincoln owners will have access to voice command services in their infotainment systems to schedule fuel refueling appointments anytime and anywhere in the UAE.
Predictive Features
As part of the new technological integration, Kafu and Ford teams in the UAE have worked to develop unique predictive features to alert customers when their fuel gauge drops to 20% or lower. Subsequently, an automatic notification will appear indicating that refueling is necessary, along with the nearest time to refuel based on the customer's specified location.
Competitive Prices
Through Kafu's on-demand fuel service available in various locations across the UAE, customers can refuel while on the move at the same prices set at gas stations without any additional delivery fees.
Enhancing the Driving Experience
According to a study by Ipsos, residents of the UAE spend approximately 10 minutes at gas stations for refueling. Therefore, the new partnership between Kafu and Ford aims to elevate the driving experience throughout the UAE, paving the way for increased comfort and convenience while reducing the time required for refueling and avoiding queues at gas stations.
