McLaren Special Operations, the brand’s bespoke division, announced the creation of the MSO Carbon Series LT. Strictly limited to 25 units globally and based on the 675LT Spider, the Carbon Series LT is the brand’s response to requests from discerning customers.

Performance and Specifications
The MSO Carbon Series LT features nearly 40 percent more carbon fibre than the standard car. The 675LT Coupé stands to be the third model in the line-up to be bestowed with the prestigious LT badge. Enhanced components include:
- More efficient turbos
- Changes to the cylinder heads and exhaust manifolds
- Lightweight connecting rods
- Faster-flowing fuel pump
These improvements enable the Carbon Series LT to deliver a remarkable 666 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque.
Acceleration and Speed
For performance enthusiasts, this translates to:
- Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds
- Acceleration from 0 to 200 km/h in an impressive 8.1 seconds
When fully unleashed, the Carbon Series LT can reach a top speed of 326 km/h.
Production and Availability
Production of the MSO Carbon Series LT is set to begin this autumn, with the first round of deliveries expected before the end of 2016.
