According to an RTA official, these discounts aim to enhance customer satisfaction and delight enthusiasts of unique vehicle plates.

Jamal As'ad, Director of the Vehicle Licensing Agency at the RTA, stated: "This initiative, approved by the Executive Directors Council, reflects RTA's commitment to increasing customer satisfaction. It also aligns with one of our key strategic goals to enhance the happiness of the community."
