Intelligent Connected Mega Factory

The firm’s “Intelligent Connected Mega Factory” emphasizes environmentally friendly production and intelligent-digital technology. The factory spans an impressive 830,000 square meters and includes:

• Welding workshop
• Painting workshop
• General assembly workshop
• Modular workshop
• Engine workshop
• Transmission workshop

EXEED claims that the factory can achieve an annual production capacity of 300,000 complete vehicles and 200,000 KD parts, which translates to a complete vehicle offline every minute.

Highlighting the Welding Workshop

The workshop that received the most attention was the welding workshop. AI technology has been integrated, featuring over 300 robots. Key advancements include:

EXEED's NVH Laboratory

EXEED’s NVH laboratory is Asia's first quiet laboratory where full performance tests of vehicles can be conducted. This visit allowed media and dealers to gain insight into EXEED's motto of "crafting an excellent brand."
